I have to admit I have ‘cheated’ here a bit….there are some MP3s here as there were no records for some of the songs in this list. These would be the post 1991 songs in the compilation. The reason they made it are for their tunes and obscurity (e.g. songs 12 and 18). And I have also added two non-filmi songs, listed as bonus tracks at the end of the compilation. To break the monotony, I also included a couple of dialogues
Hope you enjoy Nashe Ki Mazaa Volume 2 and I promise (well I’ll try anyway) Nashe Ki Mazaa Volume 3 and 4 will be just as entertaining if not better. So watch this space.

I am not qualified to comment Veen, in view of the problem that I had narrated to you. However, looking at the list you have great songs. A couple are unknown to me, since they are of recent origins (to me recent means the 90's).
Since,you have also included dialogues that precede a song, I wonder if you added it in DIN DHAL JAAYE.... I still remember this one though not in exact words:
Secretary to Dev: KYA SAAB AAJ AKELE HEE PEE RAHE HO.
Dev: ZINDAGI BHEE KYAA NASHA HAI DOST! JAB CHA.DHTAA HAI TOH POOCHHO MAT KYA AALAM HOTAA HAI. JAB UTARTAA HAI - (Then the song begins: hmmm...DIN DHAL JAAYE HAAY..
LOL... The scene there was so realistic and the song so relevant!
I agree with Anonymous regarding his comment on Song 14. Same is the position regarding 17 because though DAAG is primarily about drinks and its evils, the song is picturized on Dilip Kumar who is just walking back home over the plains.
All said and done, a great compilation Veen.
Oh, good list! :-) I have to admit to being able to recognise only some of them (thank you for the credit you've given me, by the way - always glad to be of help!)... but am looking forward to exploring the songs I don't know of, yet.
Excellent compilation. I also can appreciate the time and effort it took for you to put this together. Thanks. The placement of the songs seems well thought out as they flow nicely from one to the next. These songs are so intoxicatingly good maybe you should put a warning on the CD - Not to be listened to while driving. :D
Its hard to pick a favorite, but mine would be track 1 - "Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai." A song by RD and Kishore is always a good way to begin. I also like the 2 bonus songs. Both are nice additions to the compilation.

And yes, I knew what you meant about recent. Anything that is post 1990's is considered new in the vinyl world too.

Hi, Veen another good compilation though this time with some off topic songs... but you made up that with that superb Non-Filmi Thodi Thodi Piyar Karo(Pankaj Udhas). If you are looking out songs for the third compilations then here are some suggestions all by Rafi(solo/Duets) as I am huge Rafi fan
